Order Fulfillment
Signs will be produced and shipped within 1-2 business days once the order is received.

Return Policy
Only signs with defects in the production are returnable. Please contact customer service via email at contactmakesigns@aol.com with a detailed explanation of the defect within the finished product. The information will be reviewed by a customer service representative and we will issue a 100% purchase price refund if approved.

Sales Tax Policy
We must automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New Jersey. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
